1.卤肉切粒,青瓜切粒

2.淮山切粒(淮山削皮后要用水泡泡,切后也用水泡泡,否则易变色)

3.锅烧热,加适量油。加入淮山翻炒

4.加点盐,入下味

6.加盐,鸡精翻炒。加少许水淀粉勾茨下。

7.放入卤肉,最后淋了点酱油。(卤肉是熟的,所以稍微翻炒下即可)

8.装盘即可。
小窍门&温馨提示
淮山相对难熟,要先炒,青瓜后面,不要煮的太过,否则,青瓜失去了脆的口感。
根据个人口味添加调味料哦。也根据个人用量添减青瓜和淮山的用量。
